Thanks @HoopDawg42 for recommending moonies. The brisket is the bomb. I got a pound and a half to go and stopped an put it on the trunk within 10 minutes. The smell was amazing and I am not a beef guy.

Not even sure, ha. It does work well with coleslaw, though. I love bbq with roasted potatoes and slaw. That plus cooked apples...man that's good eating!No fat I hope...
