I just sold one to an account - 15 years old Tennessee Whiskey, 12 cases of 12 bottles. Total cost (for them) was only $7k. There are others in that price range available. I’ve seen them as small as 96 bottles.

I'm guessing that's for Dickel or Dickel distillate. What would a Willett, Knob Creek, Maker's or Four Roses barrel cost?

Knob Creek Barrels are sold as 26 6-packs. About $8k retailer cost. I can’t speak to the others.

Curious part is: how is every single barrel sold as the exact same number of bottles? They’re either adding to fill out or keeping juice already paid for.

That's pretty awesome! An ODT Weller Full Proof would be a miracle! A Stagg Jr. barrel would also be incredible. Have you secured a barrel in the past, or would this be the first?
