how was this pour?

a 20 year cant be bad even if it is from canada.

inquiring minds want to know

so i havent cracked that one just yet but i did also get a bottle of Found North batch 006 and it was amazing. lots of flavor up front and drank way below its proof. plenty of sweet corn flavor with some good baking spice. its break down is

  • 17 Year Corn whisky aged in ex-bourbon barrels
  • 18 Year Rye whisky aged in Hungarian oak
  • 19 Year Rye whisky aged in re-char American oak
  • 21 Year Corn whisky aged in an unknown cask
  • 26 Year Corn whisky aged in Hungarian oak

I certainly wish found north was as easy to get as it was a year ago.

Found a big bottle of Buffalo Trace. And the Crown.

The Found North I’ve had is really good! Currently have the batch 008 and it’s fire!

If you like blackberry lemonade, you need this! 10oz yeti lowball, 2oz crown and the rest lemonade. Delicious.

Side note, taste like cough syrup straight.
