Two ends of the spectrum with my suggestions:

Col EH Taylor but you gonna be elbowing "hunters" to get it or paying secondary
or
Evan Williams BiB, which is actually quite decent and easy to get

Edit: Or middle of the two, Heaven Hill BiB

I’m looking for the EH, but it’s been a challenge.

I actually have all 3 levels of Heaven Hill in the cabinet currently: Evan BiB, HH Bib, and McKenna 10 BiB.
