My first thought more like who are they

Dang straight! The 50s , 60s, and 70s were the greatest years for music!
Things were so much better back then:
If caught by the police out "having fun good clean fun" they usually just poured out your beer and told you to get home.
The music was way better.
Concert were cheaper.
Cars were more awesome.
We didn't have to contend with the woke morons running around today.
The evening news was on for 1 to 2 hours per night -- not this 24 hour nonsense.
Spring break in Florida was great.
I could park my car at high school with a shotgun in the back -- why because I'd head to the Trap club and shot a round or two.
You actually did things in Gym Class.
Our Shop teacher Mr. Dunkle administered his form of behavior modification with a paddle made from a conveyor belt.
My parents never locked the front door.
Oh -- the list could be endless....

I'd trade all this modern tech **** for a 73 Buick Riviera, shag carpet, rotary dial wall phone with a 20" cord, wood grain floor model TV etc.
Me too. We’d have way less whack job sissies messing this place up.
Oh and you could tell your oldest kid " Go outside and turn the antenna till I holler."
Good old analog TV. The picture might have been a little fuzzy but you could still watch it. Now it's all or nothing.
And the youngest kid was in charge of getting up to adjust volume and channel changing.
Aunt Bea visited her her sister for several days, came home to a clean house.
Andy and Opie messed it up to make her feel needed.

Yeah before there were TVs with remotes there were little kids that were already sitting two feet from the TV .
