2nd wave is the push for more control because they are "saving you"
China is directly responsible for all of this and should be held accountable. They want the fear. It helps their disinformation and propaganda agenda. If they would have shut down borders this would have not been an issue. Their lack of transparency and communist values are directly responsible. ( Or it was just tactical negligence. )
This should be viewed as an act of war.
