I wasn't even considering hotdogs for dinner tonight until someone poked this thread from it's slumber. So after reading a few posts I was jonesing for a fix.This is the way.
The umami is off the charts, as the natural beefy flavor of the hotdog (I only use all beef Frank's) is accentuated in a way I can't describe. Completely elevated.
