When I was a teenager we use to ride around and shoot pigeons with a 22 off the buildings in downtown macon.
Seventh st.was the honey hole.we would take them home and clean them some days we would have 50 to clean.
Many years ago they were turning an old 1820's antebellum style house into a museum and historical center. The problem was the place was massively infested with pigeons so they hired us to go in and clean the place out.
We all loaded up with airguns and went in. The slaughter was epic and other than a couple of well organized counter attacks by the pigeons the battle was well won.
They should have made a movie about it.
