Things to do around Blairsville?

There's a half dozen wineries in that area. Crane Creek, Stone Wall, and 12 Spies are personal favorites.
My worthless opinion is skip Paradise Hills and Hightower.

Half an hour away in Blue Ridge is Grumpy Old Men Brewery - makes for a great time sampling their wares if you like beer.

Thanks guys appreciate all of the places to go and things to do.
We really plan on relaxing and a little hiking and of course she will want to do some shopping
We are going to be there all week so it looks like there are plenty of things to keep us busy.

Raven Cliffs Trail (6 waterfalls, 3 miles each way) and Dukes Creek Falls Trail (2 waterfalls, 1.1 miles each way) are both very nice hikes. They are both off of GA 348.

When you go through Blue Ridge worth your time to stop at mercers apple house..She will love that place..The sweet potato hand pies are to die for. Oh and Congrats

And the apple cider doughnuts are incredible! Can't miss..they are better than other local apple cider doughnuts..

Day trip to dahlonega

Hole in the Wall restaurant on the Square in Blairsville. Great b'fast (but you will be hungry again in 3 days.)

-Brasstown Bald is neat.
-Blood Mountain for hiking and a view, from either the little parking area or Mountain Crossings.
-The swinging bridge over the Toccoa River is cool (easy access via a short FS road) and you can hike some of the BMT while you're there if you like.
