Things To Do In Ohio

It's the truth. We lived there for 5 years from 1975 to 1980. The only thing to look forward to was the State Fair that was a walk across a corn field behind our house. As good of a time that it was it couldn't keep us from moving after five years.

On a side note I did get a Yamaha YZ 80 in 1978 so I was glued too it for 2 years so I was in heaven. Eleven years old with a YZ 80. I had the fastest thing on two wheels for miles around. So-eth began my love for racing at 11 years old. I was hell on wheels when I got my 67 Belvedere.

So where the parents relocate us after Ohio. The furthest southwest corner of Oklahoma. So far out in the boonies it was an hour drive to a McDonald's. So that tells you a little bit about the size of the town we lived in there.🤣 It wasn't a step up that's for dern sure. Us kids made the best of it. A lot of beer, a whole lot of beer. A few left handed cigarettes didn't hurt either. 🤣 We were just dumb kids that though we knew it all. But we had fun!

other than politics. They have the Mid Ohio Vintage Motorcycle Days(really cool if you are into old bikes/parts and watching them race.) The Amish serve up some great grub in certain parts of Ohio. I guess all states have something about them that suck. My family came here Wilkes Ga in 1780 from Maryland and as of late it seems Ga is starting to suck. Stockbridge and Henry co already gone...
