I have a really good friend who knew me back in my younger wilder days when I was single. He was around for alot of the partying and other fun stuff that went on back then. When I first told him about this, here is how that conversation went...

Him: "So you're telling me that your immune system works TOO WELL?"

Me: "Well, I guess you could say that."

Him (shaking his head): "Man, after all the girls I remember you running around with, I figured you didn't even HAVE an immune system anymore."

I have sarcoidosis
Where your immune system thinks you have an infection and sends white blood cells to kill it



Only there is no infection and it's killing healthy tissue

I also over the last 10-15 years have developed an allergy to real butter and olive oil

Consuming even a tiny amount of real butter triggers hours of nausea , vomiting , stomach cramps as bad as kidney stones , explosive diareahha , low blood sugar, loss of conciousness, etc etc

I used to eat home made butter as a kid

Wow, I know it isn't a contest, but I still think you've got me beat man!

It's tough for me to go out to eat, because I have to worry about any meat ingrediants in my meal, but BUTTER AND OLIVE OIL?!?!

Those are in SO many different dishes.

I know that you MUST have to be SUPER carefull.
