I have one by HighNoonHolsters for my former G19. Excellent quality and fit. I've also seen first hand Andrews shoulder holsters and they are also of great quality.

My HighNoon was great for carrying under a heavy flannel shirt or jacket. My wife actually bought it for me to wear under my tux jacket at our wedding. Couldn't tell I was carrying at all.
