Was doing some subcontract work for a place I used to work at.
Black dude that runs one of the departments was Talking to me and told me he had enough and had to fire this big steroided up black dude that for years all he did was blame whitey for all his troubles and used the word cracker in almost every sentence he spoke.
I was kinda shocked because I always thought the guy in question was always nice to me and we got along fine but apparently around all the bruthas he was a agitator and talked bigoted crap all the time.
This guy up and fired him in front of everyone so they all could hear it and see it so nobody could Make anything up about it.
He told him "I've had enough of all your bigotry toward whites and how they caused all your
Problems and it's Not the environment I want the men in this shop to be exposed to daily so from this point on if I hear anyone use the retarded word cracker or any disparaging word about anyone you will join this guy in a search for another job
So "blank", you're fired.... Get your stuff and go."
He then had another Meeting with the crew and explained why he did this and showed them a List of the fired guy's greatest hits that he noted in his file for reference.
He told them all again that the next person that starts that crap about anyone including calling eAchother the "N" word is gone, no questions asked.
Nice to see some decent leadership even if it is on a small scale.
