Replacing a GFCI at work live. Installed new WR/TR GFCI and went to reset it before putting back into the box. Thing vibrated like a coke bottle full of angry bees then revved up like it was red-lining and exploded sending plums of smoke out of the holes. Bad device, but never had that happen before
