Gonna vent a little. I bought a new phone about 3 months ago, and yes renewed a 2 year contract. The problem is that my phone messed up yesterday so I took it to my local store for some help. The young lady that waited on me checked it out and did a Master Reset on it and told me to try that, so I did and again the same thing again today. I go back today expecting to get a new phone. Did I get a rude awakening, she informed me that it would be 5 to 7 days before I got a certified refurbished phone in the mail. Certified refurbished hell that is fancy for USED!! I told her that my phone was NEW when I paid for it, and I did not understand why I was getting a USED one on top of waiting a week to get it. She informed me that it was the way it was. After I calmed down I called the corporate office and vented there as well, I should have my new phone on Fed EX truck tomorrow. My question to the local store after I got results from corporate was why could they have not done the same thing at store level, of course I got no answer. Thanks for reading my rant.
