Gonna vent a little. I bought a new phone about 3 months ago, and yes renewed a 2 year contract. The problem is that my phone messed up yesterday so I took it to my local store for some help. The young lady that waited on me checked it out and did a Master Reset on it and told me to try that, so I did and again the same thing again today. I go back today expecting to get a new phone. Did I get a rude awakening, she informed me that it would be 5 to 7 days before I got a certified refurbished phone in the mail. Certified refurbished hell that is fancy for USED!! I told her that my phone was NEW when I paid for it, and I did not understand why I was getting a USED one on top of waiting a week to get it. She informed me that it was the way it was. After I calmed down I called the corporate office and vented there as well, I should have my new phone on Fed EX truck tomorrow. My question to the local store after I got results from corporate was why could they have not done the same thing at store level, of course I got no answer. Thanks for reading my rant.

Tired of BS with Verizon

I have boost mobile. They suck when it comes to the phone but I dont have to sign on with them. I had verizon. they suck, at&t sucks. I want an iphone but ive yet to be impressed with at&t or verizon.
bought both our iPhones used. Paid about what the contract iPhone 4's go for and got 3GS's in BNIB shape.....love em, no contract....
Oh yea, if you want an unlimited data plan with Verizon, make sure you sign up for it before 7/7, because they will be switching to tiered pricing at that point, like ATT has now. My bro-in-law works for corporate and told me that this week. I'm on unlimited 4g right now anyways, but its good to know.
They can make that call at the local store they just dont like too. I have had verizon a long time and pay them $400 a month and i have gone round and round with them but its hard to beat there coverage.
Yep after I called the corporate office and got them to overnite a phone, the manager of the store (a good friend of mines wife) called and said she could put in a "special request" and have it the next day. I told her that I gave the local store a chance to make it right and they didn't so I called corporate and took care of it. She was silent for a few moments and then said OH!
I have never had anything but good service and helpful customer service when I have issues...
