Tired of the color of your Kel Tec?

You can order new grip/frame in different colors. The PF9 I got the other day had been used as a chew toy for someones dog. It was the gray color anyway. I ordered an OD green frame from Kel Tec. Installation was pretty easy. While I was at it I replaced the guide rod with a steel one and I also replaced the trigger that had a couple of teeth marks on it.
That could have lead to an embarrassing situation.Can you imagine tring to explain that your dog shot you? LOL

Be forewarned though. The grips for all of Kel Tecs guns are molded colors EXCEPT the OD green for the PF9. It is Ceracoated over a black frame. I had a nice conversation with CS at Kel Tec today about this. But for $35 I really cant complain too much.

No. The grip isnt actually the frame. The frame with serial numbers slides out of the grip after driving out the pins.
