'Tis the season for giving

While folks are out and about beating each other to death over the latest widget marked down 30% off... I think it would be awesome to remeber the reason for the season.

Some of you know that I am of Native ancestry and come from a dirt-poor reservation background.
I remember what it was to have Nothing.
I don't mean "I had to settle for the 40" flatscreen instead of the the 72" model." I Mean, "I got a donated jacket."


There is still a allot of poverty in our reservations. It's not all government checks and casinos. There are children on those reservations with nothing.
I'm not asking for electronics, or even toys.
Adopt a Cherokee Child, give Coats, hats, Clothes.

If you just want to buy 'fillers' that is also outlined.

I absolutely need the gifts back no later than December 10[SUP]th[/SUP] . Mail them to PO Box 215 Catoosa, Ok 74015
If people ask what is the best way to help. Please tell them. We need fillers for boys and girls between the age of 10 and 16. Things like hats, gloves, scarves, gift sets, cologne, hand held games etc. They can also make a cash donation. The check will need to be made to Cherokee Nation Angel Project.

well, I have sent evrything off. I only adopted 3 and I Spent more on them than my evercore(after shipping)

Kids are expensive.

Little byte helped. I think he learned allot about Christmas and Giving.

Don't give me the liberal agenda crap for giving stuff away
