TO SCOPE OR NOT

That's what I like about the Bushnell Elite. It's true 1x, with no fish eye, with 6.5x max, it's good for longer range with mils as well.

Also, I was surprised that it doesn't cause me to lose peripheral vision or field of view. It's very close to a red dot in that respect- better than my old Vortex SparcII was.

One of the most underrated scopes out there are the ELITE 1-6.5 and 1-8's from Bushnell.

4 Power. Once you turn 50 there is no question whether or not to add a scope .

Well I just turned 70 and still shoot a lot of open sights,think I'll leave this one "naked"......

Depends on the set up. I have full on scopes, low variable powers (1-6) on hunting, or possible hunting set ups, but mostly I have red dots.

I like an EOTECH on my main rifle. Have an A1 upper with irons. have used a 1x4 before and it was good, just not what I needed.
