To those of you that report the scammers as soon as you see them....

well a lot of the monkeys have seen and see what gets done
Nope, you don’t see. Sometimes nothing is done, and should not. But you don’t see the follow up and convos we have with individuals. Most times we take some action, that you don’t see, unless the offender goes on a mad mod rage rant and airs his transgressions in public.

I personally don't buy anything from anybody unless they have POSITIVE feedback and have been around awhile.
And NO WAY i'd pay and count on shipping unless they have LOTS of POSITIVE FEEDBACK and been on here FOR A FEW YEARS.

Anyone that does differently or doesn't agree.............is the one getting scammed. PERIOD......!!!!

YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY......!

Here is some more info for those of you who are tired of this and want to do something. This is an example of one from today. Bunch of red flags right off the bat. New user, out of state, low price, Etc. Now, you don't want to call scam on something unless you're sure. So you have to do some digging. This can be done within 30 seconds once you've done it a few times. Besides looking on GunBroker , you can cut and paste the description into Google. Scammers are getting a little smarter , so sometimes they will change the wording g a little bit and this may not work. In this case, they screwed up by putting their phone number in there. If you Google it, you will see they have multiple Glocks for about the same, unrealistically low price, advertised in multiple States. What's even more interesting is that they have expensive puppies advertise for the same price as the Glocks, also in multiple States. In short, these are not sophisticated criminal masterminds. They're mostly foreign and do not have a good grasp of the English language and nuances of how we do things here. They prey on people being greedy and or stupid. And, they do this on a large scale. If we, consistently, have six or eight people looking and Reporting / messaging these people, the numbers of scammers will go down dramatically. Stay safe out there

One other thing some of you may have noticed. They like to delete ads once you put pressure on them.. and then put up more ads. It's important that, even if they mark the item as sold, you report them so they can get blocked by a moderator. If you don't, somebody may be stupid enough to fall for it and get ripped off
