I don't doubt they will try, but ultimately I think thy will fail or settle for a fairly small amount.

This civil case will settle before trial and will be under seal. Nobody outside of the case will ever know the amount paid and TS will not ever admit wrong doing. But, I think the settlement figure will be close to 10MM.

Innocent until proven guilty (which isn't really true anymore) is for criminal court. Civil court is a popularity/who do we feel the most sorry for contest.

True enough, however innocent until proven guilty would still hold true if we cared enough to hold the system to that standard..... that wasn't really my point. The point was (civil or criminal) I wouldn't want half the people on here (people who claim to support truth, justice and the constitution) on a jury given that they have already made up their minds, about something they did not witness, based on a crappy iphone video complete with the sound of a revving engine.....at a race track........
