Both liberals and soft-hearted mush brained Republicans believe that the entire world needs to be made safe for idiots, and the mentally ill, based on the presumption that no parents or guardians of said retarded children are ever responsible for anything! And, it's the government's job to make the world as safe as a pre-kindergarten classroom.
