Traded into a S&W 460V....Awesome!!!

I've been eyeing one of these for a while now and just traded for one today. 2013 manufacture without box or accessories. Call S&W and they are shipping me the cast bullet muzzle break, 2nd set of sights, box, docs, and manual for $115.

Hit the range and fired 45 Colt, 454 Casull, and S&W 460. Very accurate and very manageable recoil. I will need to reload as factory ammo is around $3 plus per round.

The indoor range staff was shaking their heads when I came out. They said the concussion from the S&W 460 was rattling the front doors...lol

Congrats. I shot the 8 1/3 inch barrel one a couple of weeks ago. Been drooling ever since. Trying to save enough for one. It may take a while but it's definately on my lists of gotta have.

Love a big bore gun. Look up The you tube can of corn shot with a 460. Big fun.

For me it is trying something different. In the case of firearms, I find that I have to purchase and use it for what I intend it for. I will use this pistol for hog hunting. If I find that I don't care for it, i will sell/trade for something else.

Typically with 1 more chamber.

The 460 is a Hoss However.
