Trigger Finger Remedies?

Got it pretty bad in my middle finger on right hand and trigger finger on left. Tried glucosmine/chondritin (sp) but had little to no effect. Same for fish oil. Anybody found anything short of getting cut on that works?

I had it in the thumb on my left hand in 2012, got to where I couldn’t pick up or hold anything anymore. Went ahead and had the outpatient surgery and no more problems. Recovery was a breeze too.…

I had it repaired in doctors office. Easy once you get past the lidocaine injection.
