I've been eye balling a new truck for several months and man, they're just all turds post covid. But this is a new one from Ford.

Buy an F-150 will a 600 credit score and get the same financing rates as someone with an 800 credit score. If youve got sub par credit now may be the best time in the last decade to buy an F-150!

They're going to get the same rates, but different terms. That's the small print.

A Ford Credit spokeswoman said the promotional rates do not factor into the organization’s actual “credit decisions” for consumers. She added that the specific rate will vary based on the terms of the agreement.

No wonder the sales are down with an average score of 748 for previous buyers. That would take away 50%+ of applicants. Most folks ain’t got 700.

I would like to buy , mine has 238,000 miles on it but I always say price is what you pay, value is what you get.

I dont see the value at this point.
Same here. My current vehicle has 163,xxx miles. I want a truck or large SUV they're just all pieces of ****e compared to pre covid vehicles. I just cant bring myself to buy a $60,xxx vehicle and it be a turd the day it runs out of warranty.

The ones that do have 700+ usually don't make bad financial decisions. Like buying $100k and up depreciating junk.

I'm stealing this.

I've seriously considered trading in my 2021 Ranger 4x4 because I think I could get a ton out of it (got a lot of equity in it), but then I realize I would be paying a stupid amount for a new truck that probably isn't as good as the one I have now (that 4WD has come in handy for me several times the past 2 years).
