Do you win the game by becoming POTUS? 
You win the game by building a casino on Boardwalk and reducing every other property's value to pennies.
(Sorry, but I have family that lived in what used to be Atlantic City. And I know it's not, as such, his fault; it's the fault of those Joisey state politicians that allowed gambling way down there in that southern city that they cared nothing about. Why couldn't they have chosen Joisey City instead?)
OK, South Jerseyan rant over. Now maybe I can manage to do my part to keep that bwitch on her path to the other big house.

Sort of. The goal of the game is to advance your Manchurian candidate token around the board to the White House while trying to send your opponent straight to jail.
