Trust questions

1. What info is needed for each person?
2. Can I have people on it that don't live in state?
3. Do they expire or have to be renewed?
4. Do the people in the trust have to be related?

A lot more questions, but wife is all for it and wanted to know if we already anything in the safe

Agree with heavyd. Just remember everyone who signs it is supposed to sign it in front of the notary so if they are out of state they will need to sign it in front of a notary as well.

Thanks for the quick responses. I've already been to heavyd's site and just wanted a little more info before I reach out to my bros and spend a few $$. Only one of them lives out of state. For signing, would I have to mail the original paperwork to each other for signatures?

Nope! They do not sign with my trust. We make it as easy as possible.
