After doing a tour of Georgia the package containing my hot sauces arrived unscathed.
Many thanks to Beulah Land Beulah Land .
They actually arrived a couple of days ago but I've been very busy with spring projects.
I finally had a chance to sit down and try the sauces with no distraction.
I wanted to give them a good unadulterated tasting so I did so with a clean palate and with just a water chaser.
Too maximize and isolate the flavors I used unseasoned chicken wings as the medium to try them on.
Knowing that the Jalapeño Lime would most likely have a lighter more nuanced flavor I tried that one first and I feel I made the right call on that.
The flavors where mild but distinct with both seasonings having their own subtle differences. I tried it on a couple of wings and realized the wings didn't do it justice so I went to a different subject to try it on...shrimp and that turned out to be a perfect pairing. It really showcased the flavor of the sauce and was indeed in my opinion the ideal complimentary seasoning .
That particular sauce would be outstanding on something like shrimp tacos or any light Spanish or Mediterranean dish that could be accented by a citrus flavor.
I'm looking forward to trying that theory out soon.

The Habanero Peach was a different story.
The flavors where more pronounced as I expected them to be but also distinct with the fruit and the pepper both making an appearance on the tongue and doing a solo performance.
I found that flavor very much to my liking and I found myself going back to the bottle for just another dab over and over. I actually lowered the level of the bottle's content in what was supposed to be a taste test.
The Habanero hits the tongue first but the distinct taste of the peaches gives it a nice finish. I'd almost declare this one a dessert hot sauce if there was such a thing and this one would go great with any mildly seasoned dish that could showcase the fruity flavor of the sauce.
This one is going on my list of "go to hot sauces" and I'm happy to have it there and I'm looking forward to trying it on many other dishes.
If the other sauces in their collection are as good as these two then I'd say they have put together some winning combinations and I'm looking forward to trying the rest.

“After doing a tour of Georgia” yup, sounds about right lol. Glad you like them. That jalapeño lime goes well with pork/chicken tacos or pulled pork, fish or maybe some rice. It definitely lends itself more to a Mexican style cuisine. The other 2 sauces you haven’t tried are the same base as the peach but with a different fruit and peppers so they are different in ways. They are more hot but not unbearable. Try the peach one on some eggs. Thanks for the review!

Side note: The tops being 2 different colors are because he has switched to the shiny tops but still had some of the matte colored ones left from a previous run.

I'm eating the peach on my breakfast eggs as we speak.

Yea whenever we do the farmers markets and events, almost all of the repeat buyers we have say that they have it with their eggs. We have a guy in Delaware that buys a dozen bottles at a time specifically to eat with his breakfast burritos and eggs lol.

I just finished a MONSTER grilled chicken burrito that put a substantial dent in my pineapple reaper bottle! Ima be needin’ more asap…how do I order more? Or can I just come buy it?
Whichever way you want to do it. It’s also at some stores that it will show you at the bottom of our website that may be close to you, but the cheapest way will be to get it from me.

How many flavors are available? And how hot do they get? I have 4 🔥 on the Pineapple Reaper, are there hotter ones? I just need to get one of each and try them all…
