I usually cook the broth down to make a dipping sauce but that pineapple reaper is too good.
Yup. It’s hard to say which one is the most popular because they all sell well, but if I had to guess right now it would probably be tied between the pineapple and the jalepeno. Grapefruit is probly the least popular either because people are scared of the ghost pepper name or they think grapefruit wouldn’t be good until they try it, then they buy it. The peach always sells steadily.
I had corned beef hash and egg burritos for breakfast and that Peach Habanero was the perfect compliment. Really set off the whole dish.
Made more tacos tonight but only used the Pineapple Reaper. I really like it. Reminds me of a hotter Zaxbys Nuclear which is a fav of mine.
We need Uncle B to work on some of this. It could use some more heat but it’s delicious.
Someone just ordered a big order. Wonder if it was from ODT.
I think I need to be a distributor….I went to a friends house yesterday for his birthday party… smoked butt, and a pork Bologna roll….they were begging for a decent add on hot sauce, and hating on sauces that are just hot. Had I had my stash, I could have represented UB quite well…
Tell them you know a website where they can get some sauce that will cure all their problems lol.
