Has anyone ever seen an Arsenal© imported Saiga 7.62 that is unconverted? I thought Arsenal only imported the Saigas to convert into their SGL-21's?

So evidently they imported and sold them un-coverted?
Yup mines bnib unconverted and says arsenal on the receiver
To meet import restrictions from Russia the rifles have to be in sporting condition and thus unconverted: no pistol grip, muzzle device, wont accept hi-cap mags, etc.
Outfits like KVar (arsenal) deneuter them back to their original design of an AKM. Some do.a better job than others.
