If I had a chance to start my own business, I would. I had the opportunity 25 years ago to buy a Dive shop, but couldn't get the capital. My biggest problem in starting a new career is I have no other marketable skills.

I feel your pain. Nearly a year for me. First interview for a job I don't want and can't afford to take next week. Not easy when you're a jack of all trades, rather than a master of one, especially in your 50's. I'd love to start a business, just don't have any skills or ideas to start off from !

Great opportunities, Great benefits, Great people. The only advice I can give you is....if you smoke......consider quitting before applying. Smoking is a DEAL BREAKER with them!! Other than that it is the standard, drug testing, background check etc. etc. , the same as any other employeer dealing with children.

I feel your pain due to medical reason lost my career of 26 years. I started using the few skills I have like painting and grunt work. I've been blessed by the folks here giving me work. I've gave them 110% every job. It's been good money for me. I hope something comes up for you soon. Good luck
