so sorry! good luck. i filed 31 complaints about our mail carrier intentionally leaving mailbox door open for spite because i ask her nicely to close it. always finding mail on ground or wet and missing. they 31 times responded with a so sorry your having issues generic letter. 31 TIMES!!!!!!!! they do not give a fk!!!!!!!!!!!

Contact your senator I will say ole ossaof trying twist the USpostal service fixed he will answer your complaint. I saw rural mail carrier today in a jeep that so packed full don’t know how could see looking out sides

Y'all do know that you can sign up to have an image of the mail you're supposed to receive sent to your email don't you? My A/C hose had a delivery date before it was to ship out of Atlanta.

Yes, USPS Informed Delivery. Have had it for couple of years now. Only good for mail. Won’t give pictures of shipments only tracking info so you can watch it go thru Palmetto a dozen times before it ends up in other states once shipped from Atlanta to another Atlanta address..

Called informed delivery.
We've got it, but when stuff didn't show up, Postmaster just said he couldn't explain why. Worthless bastids.
But, you should sign up for it so you're aware of what you're missing. Before we had it I had to eat a late fee and an interest rate increase on a credit card on account of a statement that never got delivered. Also had to put a credit lock on my accounts because a letter from social security containing all my personal info showed out for delivery and just disappeared.

I hope one day soon mail can have the option for an affordable highly accurate gps tracker on it. That would hold them more accountable. Imagine waiting on your medicine or check and its been in Palmetto for two weeks. Drive right over there and demand they get it because you can see it's exact location right from your phone. Or they claim your package has been delivered but you see it travelling a few blocks down the road so you jump in your car and chase them down, either to demand your mail from the carrier or beat the ass of a porch pirate. Also no more guessing which house they misdelivered it to by the porch picture.

Update:
My package has bounced back and forth between Nashville and Atlanta three times since this posting. It has also been to Newark NJ and currently sits in a distribution center in northern Maine
