No. Not for braced guns that I had no intention of turning into an SBR. I'm going to do nothing with them. Not taking off the brace, not registering ship. They cant make the laws. If they think they can, then so can I. I'll hand them over a paper where I sharpie'd my new law that allows TheSnail to be exempt from form-4 or form-1 taxation or registration.
If you remove the brace from the AR pistol you would be “legal” again. Correct?

Or the firearm is destroyed.”

They are saying braces themselves are not an illegal item. If you form 1 your gun and then wanna use a brace instead of a stock like a person with a brain then you are allowed to. AFTER you form 1 your gun.
Because people in Chicago with full auto switches are willing to use those glocks on law enforcement without hesitation. A republican voter is cucked and wouldn't even dream of resisting arrest let alone raising arms against law enforcement. Hence why cops have zero problems going in with a full stack on some accountant in Marietta but won't go anywhere near the bankhead or college park.
No. Stop trying to hope into existence a loophole that doesn't exist. ANY gun that possesses a barrel of <16 inches is an SBR. Plain and simple. They have written this law to completely encompass the front end of the gun. Whats on the back end of the gun is completely and utterly irrelevant. If the barrel is <16 inches it's an SBR. That's it. They've written this ruling so that no loophole that allows an unregistered <16 inch gun is possible.
Its disgusting Man. Voters need to have this voiced out clearly in a Y/N line item in a std. election, NOT some dweeb agency issuing Fiats that clearly go against the intent of the bill of rights, this ATF fiat is completely disgusting. Who do these people really think they are?
Voting will not fix this problem. The ATF is simply a symptom of the entrenched problems in a modern society. The fact is 70% of the American population if not more do not believe in many of the values in the constitution nor bill of rights and many of them would gladly trade freedom for security. You need not look further than every other western nation outside of the United States if you need proof of what I'm saying. This is what was inevitable with the passing of the 19th amendment.
Even "republican women" are leaned towards being anti-gun unless peer pressured by males in some kind of social group or if they stand to benefit directly from taking a pro-gun stance. If you leave women to their own devices they would universally oppose guns irrelevant of where they lean politically. It's in their nature. So then they pass these values onto their offsprings and with single mother households on an alarming rise; the rest is obvious. This is what happens when there are no exterior or existential threats to a population. They start thinking warriors and the tools for warriors are barbaric and unnecessary.
