That is not what we have read, or what our attorney has interpreted to us. For FFL’s, once it’s published, it goes into effect immediately.

exactly and a lot of innocent folks are gonna get caught up in this bait and switch bull shiite. the biden administration is responsible for this and any one who voted for him are as guilty as the admin.

A free SBR registration seems like a pretty good deal for anyone who already has a trust.

(This rule will almost certainly get struck down. It is over broad and immensely stupid.... But free SBR registration? Might take advantage of that.)
