UPDATE 10/3 - Injunction covers all FPC members - ATF publishes their pistol brace rule

Hey hey hey, capitalize Cocksuckers
Observed!!!
I guess I’m ok with this word in here! I posted the male form of the word and got in trouble. So ,I guess as long as we keep it universal RICHARD WHISKEY, we are all good!

lol
Becareful you are going to get a point for calling yourself out

Okay, so when I develop a line of vending machines to sell full auto AK's, suppressed pistols, and fragmentation hand grenades, you'll be on board, right?

Anybody that feeds cash into the machine or swipes a credit card gets any item.

Best part-- we can put these in school cafeterias right next to the Coke machine & the other vending machine that is stocked with candy bars and little bags of chips.

Yessir, I'm good with that.

You have time to move it to your trust now and be in the clear. Until the ruling is published in the register nothing has changed and you are free to assign any guns you own to your trust

The "before January 13" date for adding to Trusts has been removed from the E-file application and updated with "before the date the Final Rule is published in the Federal Register."

I hope it never makes it to the Federal Register, but may as well move what you want while you can. AFAIK, removing them from the trust is nothing more than shredding the schedule A if we succeed and this rule fails.

All of the below are regarding the comment by the ATF today about enforcement action on denied form 1 brace applications. The FBI is going to be slammed with background checks, and they have 88 days to resolve them. Typically they don't in the case of firearms because guns are released anyway after three days. So the FBI never finalizes the check, and in the case of the "free" stamps if that happens to you, you will be subject to some sort of enforcement action...

"Delivered at 9:55 this morning. Oh by the way, a disapproved form 1 for a braced pistol “will result in an enforcement action”. Even for “open background” denial after 88 days."

I never saw a Jan 13th date in any of the official paperwork and I wouldn’t expect to since until it’s in the federal register nothing has changed and they can’t backdate enforcement.

My guess is it won’t hit the federal register until February if it ever actually happens. That’s also the bad news for anyone that’s already applied for a tax exempt sbr, they will all be denied
