Lol yes, if I was still able to, I'd be all over a job like this. $20-25 cash/hour for some good hard work? Absolutely. Especially in a market with record unemployment.

You made it sound like way more work than it really is. Plus asking someone to go get the material and load/unload is a bit much for $200. But if you have the sand onsite, pouring and tamping, and getting rid of the dirt is not too much to ask for a day’s work IMO. The pool assembly depends on time it takes. If it sets up in an hour, that’s reasonable enough.
 
I think I'm seeing the problem here...
I'm offering up a job to guys who shop at Publix, when I need to be offering up the job to guys who shop at Kroger.

There are people that will take this job, may have to advertise on another medium. Had some heavy work done a few weeks ago for $10/hour by some honest smart guys - Sharp, strong, and spoke 3 languishes! They are around.
