If you go read the comments it seems they had a Christmas party just not as fancy, also it seems maybe some people got bonuses but not all. Lots of comments from several employees in the Reddit thread.
Sounds like they had to spend a lot of capital for some new projects (bolt action).
It’s hard to make a fair assume t always cause most of the time you can’t get all the facts from both sides.
Hopefully it gets worked out. Still think Washington statue might be the wrong place for a company like this.
