UPS and I had a weird talk

I had a package coming to my house that was shipped out of N J back in early January via UPS. According to my tracking number it got delivered on Jan 13 to my house in Forrest Pard Ga.

I called UPS and told them I live in Calhoun Ga. After about 15 phone conversations with about 10 different people at UPS I finally received it on Feb 4.

on a similar note, does USPS have GPS tracking? they delivered a package of mine to a neighbor across the street! luckily the neighbor was honest and gave it to me.

FedEx is still on my bad list. Waited for a laptop on a Friday, kept checking the tracking, in the late afternoon the tracking said "Unable to deliver, no one able to receive".
Called the FedEx hub that the driver came out of, which is at least (at least) an hour away. They said I could drive there and pick it up in person till (I think) 8:00pm. Or I could wait until Monday.
When I got to the hub and picked up my computer I asked the "manager" when the driver checked in / parked his truck.
The time log said it was only about 30 minutes after "attempting to deliver" my package.
I politely asked how a FedEx truck drove from my house to the hub in only 30 something minutes if the distance was 50+miles????
I then, just as politely, told the manager that his driver was a liar.
All my follow up calls and emails and letters to FedEx resulted in the same "we're looking into your comment".

Driver had something else to do on Friday afternoon than his job. But when you pay the extra $$$ for overnight delivery, you should expect overnight delivery.

THE GOOD: I had to mail a boatload of document to a boatload of people (non profit stuff). The cost per envelope was going to be 93¢. The lady in the post office didn't want me to waste money on putting two 1st class stamps on each envelope, so she got me the exact amount of postage per envelope. She actually said, "Why would you want to give the Post Office extra money?"

The Other GOOD: Our UPS guys are awesome. Never leave stuff in the rain. Never delivered anything to the wrong house. Just awesome. When it's hot, and I'm home, I give 'em a bottle of water. If it's cold, and I can, I give 'em hot chocolate or coffee, or tea. I know they appreciate it.

"The microchip we implanted in our drivers arm confirms that it was delivered to your neighbor" would have been my dead serious smart ass reply.
