Long story short, I ordered a firearm. Going from FFL in Washington to my FFL here in Georgia. USPS shows it as delivered yesterday but my FFL stated no mail was delivered. Do I have any recourse? Or am I just **** out of luck?

USPS and firearms REQUIRE a signature. Who the hell signed for it?

Happened to me twice this year. Both times it was delivered the day after it showed “delivered”. Strange….

It Probably was just delivered to Atlanta district.

USPS issue began right after they contracted with Amazon to deliver packages within a certain time frame.
When USPS was unable to comply in some situations...they simply marked the package as "delivered" or "unable-business closed".
Even though it wasn't.

I was actually told this by my letter carrier....

*UPDATE*

USPS mail carrier was a lazy ****er and decided to call it a day before actually delivering the firearm. Instead, decided to scan it as delivered and figures he'd deliver it the next day. Nice!

It's now in my possession. Crisis averted. USPS just doin' USPS things.
