Value of Remington 700P 308 ?

Ok I need help I have a Remington 700P in 308,It has been in the safe about five years and I have never shot it,the previous owner said that it had about 150 rounds down the tube and shot great.It has the HS precision stock, 26" heavy barrel,Shilen trigger and a limbsaver pad put on by a gunsmith (it looks factory)Badger bolt handle ( just installed by the Firing Lane) and the rifle is in excellent condition.No optics,what would be a fair price to ask for it if it went up for sale?

A new one would run about $950 so I guess $800-850 at least.
