Vehicle holster question. Is it legal?

Now THAT's cool!!! So how do you greet people that walk up to your truck? "Go head ... make my day"??? Seriously - that's COOL!

I would seriously reconsider leaving it in the vehicle, friend of mine had his stolen while he was eating lunch. Took his eye of his vehicle and it's gone. they popped the door handle and then popped open the center console, had to take less than 5 minutes.
