It’s what my family prefers!! Every year I have to kill at least three because it’s the only red meat we eat. We depend on it.....

YUM. Marinate a backstrap overnight, butterfly it, stuff with diced up jalapenos and cream cheese, wrap in bacon, and grill it on a charcoal grill.

I lived in Louisiana for 10 years, 9 of the years I never purchased meat in the store. I had two large freezers in the garage full of Venison,Elk,Hog lots of Sefood and most anything that flew.
