This was the first year my husband has been able to hunt and he got us 3 deers and I never want to not have deer in the freezer again! But we already need more lol. We have a big family 8 of us and all our kids prefer deer to beef.

Deer chili, jerky, bacon wrapped backstrap, I've got 100lbs of meat and eat it all week! Love it!!!

I hauled a large doe in the trunk of a Toyota Yaris sedan, trunks can be used but cleanup isn't as easy to clean as a truck bed

Back in college I hauled deer in both the back of a Honda Prelude and a Saturn SL2. I pulled up to the processor in the Honda and the dude working there asked me if it was a road kill. I said no there's a bullet hole in it. I guess pulling up in a rice burner took him a little by surprise.

Speaking of road kill and venison, I understand the front bumper tenderizes them a little bit but personally I don't want to find out.
