Show me some pics of the mildew. I've dyed a bunch of boat seats because of that same reason. Might be able to help you out. I do leather/vinyl work.
Nice. I don't get to ride much anymore (hit the cable last month) but wakeboarding is a passion of mine.
If you can find some, Spray 9 is supposed to kill mold and mildew on contact. It's made for exactly this purpose...boat cleaning.
