Maybe, not trying to be insensitive, hope they catch the coward responsible for this tragedy, but it makes as much sense as the reasoning behind all of this with firearms..... Banning high capacity mags is like putting governors on everyones vehicle so they can only go 55 MPH, the ones who want to go faster will find a way.

Same idea when they use to make all the speedos top out at 85mph... that worked . Hell, my dad's Nissan Rogue has a speedo that goes all the way up to 160 LOL
