Walmart ammo availability thread - Post what you see available & where!

And auto parts... today at the local Wally World I finally scored some 22lr. They had not put it out yet, and the auto parts manager had it locked in a storeroom behind the auto counter. The store manager told me they were in charge of putting it out later in the day.

So I've downloaded the Walmart app on my phone and have been playing around with it for a bit. One thing I noticed is that if I search for "Remington 40S&W UMC", the top search result that shows up is the .45Auto 250pk followed by a number of other calibers but no 40S&W. I've tried searching with other variations however the 40 doesn't seem to come up on the app. When I was at Wallyworld yesterday, I took photos of some of their product barcodes in hopes that they would help me in my search. I've entered in all of the different numbers off of the barcodes into the app and can't seem to find the product in their system. Here is a copy of the picture...can anyone make sense of it and find this in their system? I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

Fayetteville has shown stock on the app for the 50 round box of 9mm since yesterday. I called yesterday and today, was told on the phone by the same guy in sporting goods that they dont have any. I believe this was the same guy who said he lost his keys to the cabinet at the store a few days ago when I was looking. It also took him forever to answer the page for help in sporting goods. I should not be surprised by the lack of help at that store.

Sounds just like the guy at the Warner Robins store, no help at all.

Here is what I have done. I have created bookmarks to all of the ammo that I am searching for via walmarts MOBILE site which is still accessible from a desktop. Create to bookmarks and you can check availability from their mobile site as well. Honestly, getting a manager involved and being tough, though pleasant, has yielded excellent results for me. I now have several managers who call me when the items I am looking for come in. Also a website that is similar to wallyfinder is ammoloco.com. It basically compiles the bookmarks how I have them set its just easier for me to use the bookmarks than that website since it isnt as streamlined. Hope this info helps!

Conyers @ Dogwood had 10 boxes of 250ct Rem 9mm, 5 boxes of Fed 100ct 9mm, 6 boxes of Fed 100ct 223. Some TulA 223 & 7.62 too. No 22lr.

Stock checker was pretty accurate on this one.

Ditto! I finally did the same thing, and thatr's what helped me find some .22LR this morning after three months (!) of not seeing any.
