On the East side, try Nate at Fort Daniel but have a detailed list of desired modifications. I'm not sure if he has done one but he has above and beyond the skills.

I had a p22 once it even cycled CCI quiet ( 700fps?) 90% of the time suppressed
after a few bricks were gun thru here
No mods done
