That manual trans is more of a theft deterrent than to stop texting and driving !!

I still don't get why this is even a problem...
Every 'smart' phone has GPS. Apple and Android simply need to stop allowing text input if you are going faster than walking speed.
It would take them almost no time or investment, and save thousands of lives.

Nobody wants to be nannied like that. I'd immediately drop any provider that pulled that crap.
Lol I know this means texting while driving but it could also mean texting AND driving for most of the new age. Millennial anti theft device.

App to unlock the ignition and start the car. Can't text/call/browse while engine is running. (Unless you borrow your buddy's phone.)
