I thought I seen some in a tub before that was fairly thick.

That would probably work then. The spray stuff is just too thin and runny. It smelled real bad too. The Vaseline smoked pretty bad for those first few shots, but didn't really stink.

I guess I'd rather be seen rolling up at the range with a tub of WLG than Vaseline though!

What about frog lube? It gets pretty thick when applied heavily, cooled and not whipped off. You can leave it on while in the safe. Just a thought...
