Since you asked 'what would y0u do?' (meaning me)
I couldn't avoid asking myself the same question.
First, i don't think I would have sent a reply as quickly.
Might type away 2-3 minutes of your life that you'll never
get back. If serious they will/might send a second inquiry.
Pays to be cautious but we all were a newbie at some time.
Meanwhile, might get a legit offer, sale the item, then send
newbie "Sorry, item has been sold." No harm no foul.
