Never thought that this would still be going some 10+ years later.

As for lawsuits, Now days the dead still don't sue, but their families do for sure. And, speaking for myself personally, if my life or a loved one's life is in danger .... well let's just say that a lawsuit is the last thing I care about. Any means necessary to protect yourself and others is fair game to me. And with our wonderful government trying to ban everything, it won't be long before they try banning the first ever weapon of murder ... A Rock!

Sorry but if I can't get to my shotgun or one of my pistols I won't be able to get to a can of wasp spray or anything else for that matter. I'd rather people like that receptionist take some self defense classes instead of relying on some bug spray.

The only situation I would want a can of wasp spray instead of a firearm, (for other than killing wasp) would be if you're in a gun free zone. Maybe a college dorm room or somewhere?
